Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Base Drop (https://cocbasedrop.com), including our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Base Drop.

Description of Service

Base Drop provides a platform for browsing, searching, and sharing Clash of Clans base layouts. Our Service includes a curated library of over 1,200 base layouts, an AI-powered base finder tool, defense replay videos, base copy links, and community features. The Service is provided free of charge with optional premium features available through the mobile application.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

User Accounts

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content from the Service without prior written permission
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the Service

User Submissions

By submitting base layouts or other content to Base Drop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, distribute, and make available the submitted content through our Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the content, that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, and that it complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Clash of Clans and all related game content, trademarks, and intellectual property are the property of Supercell Oy. Base Drop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell. All base layouts shared on this platform are user-generated content published under Supercell's Fan Content Policy. The Base Drop website design, logo, AI technology, and original content are the property of Base Drop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content or base layouts on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Base Drop, its operators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Base Drop and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
