Delete your Base Drop account

This page is for Base Drop, the Clash of Clans base app on Google Play, and for this website. One account works in both, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

Ask us by email

Write to privacy@cocbasedrop.com from the email address you sign in with, and include:

  • The email address you sign in with
  • Whether you use the app, this website, or both
  • That you want your account and its data deleted

We reply to that address to make sure the request is yours, then delete the account and its data within 30 days.

Paying for Pro?

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription. Cancel Pro first: in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions if you bought it in the app, or on your Profile page if you bought it on this website. Already deleted your account with a website subscription still running? Email us and we will stop it.

What we delete

  • Your account and profile: name, email, photo, sign in, and your Pro status record
  • Your saved bases and your recent searches
  • Bases and pictures you uploaded, and your submissions
  • Every Find My Base search you made, with its screenshot
  • Your name and email on shared search records
  • Feedback and messages you sent us, and your notifications
  • Your referral code, and the links between you and the people you referred
  • Your daily activity records
  • Your name and message on donations

What we keep, and why

  • Bases we published from your uploads. They stay in the library because other players use them. Your name is removed from them.
  • Payment records. Google Play and Razorpay keep their own records of what you paid, as the law requires. Our donation records keep only the amount and the payment number, without your name or message.
  • A note that the account was deleted. It holds a random account number and, if you paid on this website, the subscription number, so a charge made after the deletion can be found and stopped. No name, no email.
  • Counts that never named you. For example how many searches were made on a day. App analytics and crash reports expire on their own, as our Privacy Policy describes.

How long it takes

By email, within 30 days of confirming the request is yours. Our Privacy Policy has the full details of what we collect.
